5 star rating  This place is amazing!
We chose this venue as a place to have our staff retreat.  Most of us didn't know what to expect, but were told that it would include a farm to table experience, a tour, and some team building activities.
It was all that and more!
When we arrived we were greeted by a tour of the gardens.  I was amazed of the variety and even more wowed by all... read more

  • 4 star rating  I'm a teacher, and they were very accommodating and flexible with our school group. The tour guides provided us with a lot of good information. You can even take home plants! We had 2 classes go, and we split into 2 separate groups--1 class went on the tour, while the other class planted their plants. They have both hydroponics and aquaponics. Our tour guide did know a lot, even though... read more

5 star rating  I'm so glad that we took our green team students on this field trip. I would've never known there was a hidden gem in a residential area. All of the workers we encountered were very knowledgeable about what they do and very willing to share with our students the values of aquaponics and farm to table concepts. They are the largest aquaponics farm in Hawaii. Loved the experience!

5 star rating  A date night to impress!
Dinner in the middle of the largest aquaponic farm in Hawaii.  Farm tour,  7 farm to table appetizer stations by @pokestop , and live entertainment.
This one-of-a-kind meal features fresh, organic local ingredients.
We went behind the scenes and tour  the 18 acre aquaponic/hydroponic farm and learn first hand about sustainable farming. The food was ooosssuuummm!

  • 5 star rating  What a hidden gem in residential Mililani!! Who knew such heaven existed! I heart this place! I was perusing on EventBrite on what's happening on Oahu and lo and behold a Farm to Table dinner event had popped up. I've always wanted to support local farmers and their pursuit of sustainability. The event was located in Mari's Gardens, one of the most organized and cleanest nurseries on the island! It's... read more

5 star rating  The Staff here is amazing!  They are so friendly and passionate about what they do and willing to take the time to answer questions.  Excellent produce and beautiful scenery!  Great to know that local places like this are around teaching future generations about sustainable agriculture.

5 star rating  Love this place! Great prices on plants. Manager Lane is very knowledgeable, very helpful, very professional. He treats his customers like family. This is the place to go for great values on outdoor pottery. They also have a great selection on plants and will walk the property to help you find what you need. We just bought a finger lime. We did not even know that such a thing exists!... read more

  • 5 star rating  I LOVE Maris garden! The staff is very helpful and they even drive you around in golf carts. Very knowledgeable about their products and setting up aquaponics at home. They really care about you getting what is right for you and not just selling you stuff. The store is cute and has a lot of unique gifts. I wish the produce section was larger because I would shop their every... read more

5 star rating  I love Mari's Garden produce and I also love Gardens! While shopping at Chef Zone, I bought a bag of baby romaine and it happen to be Mari's Garden's produce. I am amazed at how fresh the romaine taste, I did a Yelp search and came across one of my Yelp friend's review.

Ever since that day I purchased the romaine, I had Mari's Garden bookmarked for the longest time.

5 star rating  My man and I went to Mari's Garden to buy some pots last week.  Everyone was so helpful! I wasn't sure where to go, and Shannon pointed me in the right direction and sent us over to Norma.  Norma really helped us out A LOT. She showed us the nursery and all the different pots that they sell there.   She explained to us the different types and thicknesses based... read more

  • 5 star rating  If the service is half of the experience itself, I'd have to say these past few treks to Mari's Gardens have been superb (AKA Shannon)! I've been coming here on and off for several years now but more recently, Mari's has opened up a cool, nifty organic greens and veggies store; which includes their famous hydroponic lettuce fertilized with all natural ingredients (fish poop), other produce which includes their zucchini,... read more

5 star rating  This garden is so amazing!  They grow and sell all different types of fruits and veggies. It's an aquaponic and hydroponics facility. So, they also have fish (talapia, swai and Chinese catfish) for their systems but they also sell it by the pound.  Their veggies are all ORGANIC!   Being an organic facility it makes things a little rough when aphids, bugs, caterpillars, etc invade your plants.  Their products all... read more

5 star rating  A few of us had a chance to tour Mari's Gardens and sample some of their produce.  We never knew how much work was involved just to grow agriculture.  At the end of the day you really realize how much we take for granted and also from a nutritional standpoint how disconnected people are.  Our guide Ian was very personable and knowledgeable, he simplified things which made it very easy... read more

  • 5 star rating  If you've frequented Whole Foods in Hawaii Kai or Kailua, Halekulani, Island Fresh or Umeke's lately - chances are you've probably eaten and seen some of the produce from Mari's Garden (that's just a small listing of some of the companies that purchase produce from Mari's Garden).

My husband has been raving about the vegetables from here for quite a while now. You see, he and his co-workers frequent Mari's... read more

5 star rating  Hidden in Mililani, but sure glad we found it. Attended "Dinner In The Garden". Before the dinner there was a tour around the premises. Learned a lot from the tour about what they do there, and what they're all about.
After the tour was a 4 course meal prepared by Chef Elmer Guzman and his Pokestop team. They were using some proteins and vegetables from the gardens. Totally enjoyed all the... read more

  • 5 star rating  "The biggest aquaponic farm in the state."

Clocking in at about 11 acres, Mari's Gardens grows tilapia, chinese catfish, lettuce, kale, green onions, blueberries, tomatoes, and alot more!

They dont currently sell directly from the farm, instead they sell to Whole Foods and other vendors but at least there is a local farmer growing organic food using aquaponics.

4 star rating  They are more of a commercial landscape nursery, so don't expect to find ornamental plants like you would at the home improvement warehouse or big box department stores. What they are good at are organic and aquaponic produce, mostly sold to commercial customers, but ask if they have any vegetables on hand and you might get really lucky. Delicious, fresh and well-priced! I also purchase their planters and pots towards... read more

4 star rating  Hidden oasis in a residential neighborhood in Mililani.

Selection "up front" appears limited, however if you tell them what you are looking for you can hop on a golf cart and scan their multi-acre nursery.

Their biggest secret is organic vegetables.  Most of their crop is spoken for, but if you're lucky, you can get fresh lettuce or beets at farmer's market (or less) prices.

Hours are unusual, so call before you go!
