Caladium praetermissum aka Alocasia 'Hilo Beauty'

The ‘Hilo Beauty’ is an attractive, ornamental perennial plant that has bluish-black stems and variegated large heart-shaped leaves.  Each leaf is marked with various shades of pale white, lime green, with clear hued speckled blotches almost camouflaging the whole leaf.

Enjoys bright indirect light while indoors, part shade is advised for outdoor planting. 

 Water : 

Caladiums prefer a well-drained soil. Allow top 2" of soil to dry out before watering again.

 Too much fertilizer causes minerals to build up in the soil and burns the leaves of an caladiums.
