(Breadfruit) ʻUlu Bread Mix (GF/V)

Our ʻUlu bread mix is a blend of ʻUlu flour with other gluten free, non-GMO, vegan flours. Our mix has no sugar added and is a delicious local alternative to other bread mixes. Add some shredded cheese or peppers and touch of honey to spice it up! This mix makes a dozen regular size muffins or 24 mini muffins. Hawaiʻian ʻUlu is a staple crop that was brought over by the Polynesians. When you purchase a product from the Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative you are supporting 150+ Hawaiʻi farmers across the state of Hawaiʻi. Our 'Ulu Bread mix has a very smooth texture. You can also add other inclusions to the mix like a banana for a no added sugar banana bread or make it savory with some cheese and peppers! Ingredients: flour (ʻUlu flour, oat flour, whole grain brown rice flour, white rice flour, sweet rice flour), potato starch, baking powder, tapioca starch, salt, xanthan gum.
