Our organic Ohia Lehua Blossom honey is by far the most popular Hawaiian honey and a recommended holiday gift in Martha Stewart's current edition of Living magazine. The honey has a delicate, distinct flavor and spreadable texture. Customers rave about the honey's delicate caramel and toffee notes. Found only in Hawaii, the Lehua blossom produces a white, smoothly crystallized honey. Our other varietals include: Organic Wilelaiki Blossom honey- Has an amber color and is very versatile with a peppery finish. Organic Lehua & Cinnamon honey- we've added organic Hawaiian cinnamon, which adds a fragrant nose and gentle spicy taste. Macadamia Nut Blossom honey- A floral and nutty honey with a dark color and smooth liquid texture. Lehua & Vanilla Bean-We blended Lehua honey with ground vanilla.
